At Laos Forever Precious Travel, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled.
Tour & Package Cancellations
- 30 or more days before departure: Full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Visa and permit fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Deposits on third-party bookings (flights, hotels, etc.)
Cancellations by Laos Forever Precious Travel
If we cancel a tour due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. We are not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), but we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements.

Merchandise
For any physical products purchased through our store, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
