Overview
At Laos Forever Precious Travel, most of our products are digital (e-vouchers, itineraries, booking confirmations), delivered electronically. For any physical merchandise we sell, the following policy applies.
Digital Deliverables
- Booking confirmations, travel itineraries, tickets, and vouchers are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your documents within this timeframe.
- For resends or corrections, contact us at [your email address].
Physical Merchandise
For any physical items (maps, travel kits, branded merchandise, etc.):
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Domestic shipping (Laos): 3–7 business days.
- International shipping: 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
